Too many exposed risks - Director, Risk and Quality Manager Community Resources Employee Review

Vast amount if exposed risk that when raised ready to action were not mediated immediately. Risks that simply should not exist in 2023 Very disorganised Priorities not aligning with my values. After I resigned there was no formal announcement of my departure (I was executive level) to colleagues so my last day came and went with no recognition.
