They are always looking at new and interesting training options for all staff. Being in compliance with the law is a top priority.

At the DSP level there is no opportunity for pay raises unless it's a state wage increase. No health insurance

Great people to work for. This is a very fulfilling job and allows you to create lasting positive relationships with many people.

The pay rate is not what it should be. With a hold on any sort of pay increase by the government we seem to be short staff. Many people do not want to do this type of work for as little as we get paid.
