Pros

Always have hours available, good pay, full time receives a lot of pay for time off.

Cons

Downtime is considered a break (there is not enough staff to actually take the 30 minute break- and if you do want a break it's looked down on) Very cliquey, management doesn't actually help, very low retention for employees. They are strict about what you do with participants but are always changing what to actually do- so it's easy to get in trouble or bad reviews.

Pros

CNR trains its employees well and gives BIS latitude in decision-making. They also give employees opportunities to improve or correct mistakes.

Cons

The BIS role is constantly growing as new duties and therefore increased expectations are levied. BIS who learn how to "cut corners" are rewarded.
