Pros
The pay is decent, amazing benefits, wonderful coworkers, everyone is very helpful and more than willing to lend a hand. They offer licensing supervision as well as free ce training. It's an awesome environment to start a social work career.
Cons
The case load is overwhelming. Most support coordinators have 70 individuals, it is next to impossible to feel that you are accomplishing anything. Tons of paperwork and constantly changing the way they want things done
