Pros
The mission of the company is one that anyone can get behind. It's not difficult to understand the impact you can have on the business and where you fit in the overall mission. I feel like their benefits are excellent and company growth is always there.
Cons
The current management staff in some cases isn't able to change things for the better. In other cases, management is able to make the necessary changes due to lack of experience and capability. Executive management feels like they're the only ones who can do the job, therefor not trusting their employees to deliver like they would prefer. You essentially have to do everything just like management wants with no deviation. If you do, you're shunned. Their promotions are not done consistently and with little thought as to the long term impact.
