Pros
Dependable employment. Job stability. Plenty of room for growth. Can advance quickly. Standard raises every year 1.5% or better. Good PTO and Sick Plans. Great holiday schedule. Lots of forgiveness while you learn on the job. Great company functions. Decent benefit packages.
Cons
Inter departmental communication can be time consuming. PTO can not accumulate over cap and resets every year so it must be used by Spring the following year (this depends on where you work and may be different for facilities). They try to keep increasing efficiency at the cost of losing good employees that often results in more setbacks.
