Cons
Depending on which unit you work on, not all the managers are as great as others Emergency room frequently on 'code purple'/bypass. It is frequent that the ER census has 40 or more patients at any given moment. Bed management hounding floor nurses to get patients moved/discharged/down graded because of patients being housed in the ER.
