The district manager at the time created hostile work environment that eventually led me to leave. D2. Too much micro managing. There was always an excuse to pay the staff less than their worth. Lots of employee turnover over. Mandatory overtime for myself if the staff called off. Predatory lending. Business malpractices. If you ever do business with this lender please don’t give them your social. Employees will misuse it.
