Pros
Some of the people are wonderful. I really enjoyed getting to know a lot of the employees. This company was significantly better to work for before CCF purchased them. It all went downhill after that.
Cons
The CEO continues to buy new businesses even though they can hardly stay afloat financially. This lead to a lot of layoffs after their newest merge. I was laid off in a later round of layoffs but watched a lot of other people get the boot first. They would lay people off and then hire new people into roles that the employees they laid off could have done. Benefits are scattered and there is a stark difference between salaried and hourly employees. Overall they were not very strategic and could have avoided a lot of issues had they communicated and planned better.
