Pros
Great benefits and great pay, especially in the non-profit sphere. Most positions are unionized. There are a lot of all-staff meetings or workshops that work on crt, dismantling white supremacy work culture, etc. In my department, at least, things run very smoothly, good career-building opportunities, and accountable hard working and caring staff. I hope to stay here a long time.
Cons
Someone mentioned in another review that some staff/departments work slowly or are unresponsive with no accountability that may end up affecting your work. Finance is one of these. Meeting heavy culture, but I don't mind that. Some might. Odd onboarding as mentioned in other reviews--generally unhelpful and doesn't actually expose you to your team/the work you'll be doing.
