Pros
The company pursues something genuinely meaningful. Providing for the care needed by the mentally handicapped and sufferers of brain injury in a genuinely important, necessary thing, and it helps some people sleep better at night when they help bring something good into the world. At least, I do.
Cons
Being a part of this system in the State of New Hampshire right now is... difficult. I cannot divulge details, but we are operating in a Republican-held state, and we are a public service. Many changes are occurring. Some of these changes do not seem to be in the best interests of the population this company services. This is not the fault, doing or responsibility of Community Bridges, but it is a reality that faces workers on every level of this branch of the public services system.
