Plenty of work, in-house training, good benefits. Lots of opportunities for lateral training and some opportunities for upward mobility.
Cons
Huge disconnect between floor workers and middle management, and no connection between floor and upper management. Floor workers operate a totally underground system of checks and balances unimpeded by any supervisory staff.
