      Cons

      Inconsistent hours and scheduling. Really really stressful and emotionally taxing. Unpaid last minute cancellations. Lots of driving. Very underpaid.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
