      Pros

      The clients and families are amazing and the connections you make with them are so fulfilling. Working with kids is fun and full of play and laughter and seeing them progress in their skills every day is rewarding.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with supervisors and there is no to little compensation with drive time. Some clients can be up to 40 minutes apart from you and you have to drive your own car. If clients cancel you do not get any compensation and there are not good benefits. I would not recommend this job as a full time job. The hours are also mainly in the evenings.

      Pros

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
