      All the clinicians and kids are great! Everyone was very helpful when onboarding.

      Cons

      High caseloads. They merged with a California company and its a administrative mess. There are departments that come out of thin air that are asking you for information, and its totally unclear what their role is.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
