There is also opportunity for professional growth and the international aspect of this company makes my contributions truly global. The things I do have have an effect everywhere we are present. The working hours and hybrid working opportunity is fantastic along with the other benefits they provide. The location of the office is also great, very easy to get to and close to the University. People take responsibility for what they do and there is great pride when a project is finished

The industry is very complex and each market has different needs, so we have to adjust to all the different aspects. This means we might have to solve the same problem different ways and come up with multiple systems for doing things.

There are three very junior guys who has neither the experience nor the standing to lead this company. There is no vision, no strategy, no plan, all businesses are ad-hoc. The product management is lacking the business intelligence and market trends. Beginning of the year every time HC reductions. My advice is really to avoid this company.
