i saw company short time but something fishy here. constant hire and fire in sales. i was hired in group of 50 sales people at junior slot- then we were told we were not needed as we had no experience. We were contacted and hired through a consultant who provides all sales candidates to company. No answer came when we asked to go. we asked reason, but no real reasons given - how can you hire for junior positions and then make experience a reason later? Surprisingly, immediately after this more juniors without any experience were hired - that's when we got suspicious about reasons for hiring and the companies way of working. I am in a big struggle financially - i was promised big things. Even when i was at company - sales bosses were nasty and constantly changing targets whenever they like. one month you do X, next month they will ask 3x or will drive you crazy. Small unorganized mindset can be seen - example when we went on company work and some of did not achieve targets, our travel reimbursement was held back by saying - you don't do target. This kind of awful small minded step was taken by founder top management and not something that happens once a while.
