      So much training! There is no doubt that the company wants you to be successful. There is a culture of learning and success withing the organization as a whole. They also love to promote from within.

      Cons

      People that don't immediately say yes to the changes without knowing the why behind it can be almost exiled or feel like they are the bad guy.
