Salary is above most but must be able to tolerate micromanaging and lack of knowledge within company.
Cons
Discrimination, lacks acxomodating it’s employees. Follows regulations/ policies when conducive for management. Management fails as its micromanagement doesnt make one feel trust and comfortable. Doesnt follow mission statement as company lacks compassion for employees. Expects u to do it all for same pay and add task. Flexes it’s employees frequently and PTO provided is unfair. Calculated strange so u must give up your vaca days to get paid on the holidays the company adheres too. No flexibility w scheduling or for growth within to attend college. Most companies will alter your sch but this one says leave. Management needs to be removed. Current Director(Shilpa) in cancer ctr is a former dentist . Mgrs are all incompetent & manage nurses yet have no BSN. Weird people oversee you can only have GED.
