Pros

Pay is fair for the most part

Cons

Accusing paid time off is nearly impossible. It is all lumped into one which you also have to use for mandatory holidays. So I'm forced to not work but I have to use my sick/Vaca time.... and they don't allow unpaid time off so they make you work extra hours to make up for holidays! The atmosphere is not the best and management is horrible at allowing the employees home work life balance. For being about people's health they don't seem to care about their employees overall health!
