      I made a lot of really great relationships with fellow CNAs, nurses, and doctors. I learned so much and had a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      Common spirit sabotaged multiple factors that contributed to lots of people leaving this company. Unsafe ratios, pay cut, and a clear disregard for staff satisfaction.

      Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

      Cons

      There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
