      Pay is decent and most of the people are pretty nice. There are a lot of good changes happening in regards to better technology and patient care.

      Cons

      Large workload, can only use their hospitals or providers if you are on their benefits plan. Few options for reproductive care. The changes happening, while good, move at a snail's pace.
