Pros
Organization has great people and most employees truly care for the patients and want the best for them.
Cons
Due to how the company was created and has grown, everything is very compartmentalized, and it is hard to get things done or make changes that cross departments - especially if it involves multiple operating groups and/or corporate teams. IT is especially notorious for this, and for uncommon requests frequently didn't even know who needed to handle a particular request.
