      Pros

      Overall, French is a fine hospital to work at. The patients are mellow. The nurses are friendly and get along with each other. I do enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      Old hospital, crowded rooms, and outdated systems/processes (for example, they still only use paper.) Some of the doctors do things that might seem unusual/questionable to seasoned nurses. Commonspirit is making the hospital take on national policies that don't make sense for our hospital. Teletracking
