They really care about the community they work for. It's all about other people. A lot of opportunities to connect with other employers in the area

It's a small company, a little over 50 people so it's not much room to advantage your career inside the company. I feel like there is a somewhat high staff turn over.

Fair PTO and opportunities for education are good. If you are willing to work, there are different avenues that can be explored. Support for licensure and professional memberships and development.

Communication is poor. Involvement of CMO in clinical activities is not consistent. Flexibility is there for clinical work but it is not well supported. Oftentimes the environment is competitive, with non-clinicians wanting clinical leadership.
