Pros

Flexible schedule and work well with schedule needs

Cons

Bully Culture against women. Unprofessionalism as well as lack of policy and procedures. Over worked and under paid. 1.5% raise this last year even with hitting the exceeding marks on my review. Looking for new employment currently.

* no real pros other than work from home * decent benefits

Cons

* Their is a lot favoritism in top management and people who will turn their back on you in a second and use you as a scapegoat for their poor business practices and not doing their job correctly or ethically. *Misogyny this company definitely is biased against woman in upper management positions and will sweep big company issues under the rug. *Silent terminations happening with no disclosure to the rest of the staff. (directors & upper management) *Join this company at your own risk of possibly losing your job at any time due to mismanagement and lack of a business plan. * best raise you will get as a woman is 2%. no room for growth, lazy people are promoted within. *Disorganized leadership with no technical skills required, best for people who like to use their looks or smooth talking to get higher positions up in the company. *Nepotism is at an all-time high with this company, employee morale is at an all-time low.
