-Most rigorous and comprehensive training I've received at any company - felt like I got a Masters in Energy, which was critical to my success/confidence with this work

-Clients really love CE - getting to work face-to-face with incredible customers a real plus

-Able to help with costs that are usually viewed as "uncontrollable"
-Tight-knit crew of salespeople able to laugh and joke while simultaneously working incredibly hard

-Work/life balance can be challenging as there is never a shortage of work to get done
-Very conservative office environment (men in suits and ties and shaved beards)

-long work days
-white male-dominated industry - would be great to see more women and people of color!
