Pros
My fellow employees, excluding senior management, were great! The snack room was always filled and the food trucks that came in a few times a month were nice. Also, you’re not going to work more than 40 hours a week. Healthcare plans were pretty good and affordable, as well.
Cons
No structure at all. Employees were constantly moved around, across different departments. There was constant turnover and they were always understaffed because of this. CEO micromanages and middle management has no backbone. CEO makes all decisions! Moreover, compensation is under market and not worth the headache.
