Pros

Joining CommentSold four years ago was a remarkable experience, marked by a warm and genuine atmosphere among colleagues and customers. The initial enthusiasm was fostered by upper management's appreciation, evident in generous bonuses and giveaways.

Cons

As economic challenges unfolded, exacerbated by events like the pandemic, the company responded by adjusting strategies. Unfortunately, this led to the decision to replace the owner and C-Level execs, including the visionary Brandon Kruse. The transition brought significant changes, with the introduction of Gautam Goswami as the new leader. While change is inevitable, there have been concerns about a perceived shift in the company's culture. Some describe Gautam as abrasive, and social media platforms echo sentiments of unhappy customers. Internal discussions among staff and feedback from past employees further highlight discontent. As prominent figures departed, the watercooler talk turned somber, with expressions of dissatisfaction toward The Board, Gautam, and others. Despite claims of resolving spending issues, recent layoffs indicate ongoing challenges. The decision to replace Brandon Kruse has left many questioning the net benefit of the leadership change. In addressing my disappointment, I'd like to express profound gratitude to Brandon Kruse for initiating the success story that seems to have taken an unfortunate turn. Working under his leadership was an honor, and I sincerely hope the company can rediscover its former success while retaining the positive aspects of its unique culture.

Pros

I was close to some of my colleagues. We were all trauma bonding as we had all been humiliated by the arrogant leadership at one point or another.

Cons

The leadership is terribly mean and evil. The people at the top don't care about anyone's dignity or self-respect. They pick a target every couple of days, humiliate this person, and blame them for everything that's going wrong with the company. It's awful to watch and terrible to suffer through. If someone highlights something that needs improvement, things become worse for that person, and that person is shortly assigned the work of three people (which they possibly can't handle alone). As a result, most employees who have been stuck here for a long time have learned to keep their mouths shut and keep their thoughts to themselves. Now, the arrogant leaders think whatever they are doing is correct, as no one bothers to speak up. It's ridiculously toxic! RED FLAG!!!
