Pros

After one year at the company, I can honestly say that I really enjoy working here. The work is challenging in a good way, and it gives me many opportunities to learn new things, improve my skills, and grow professionally. Every day feels a little different, which keeps the role interesting and pushes me to become better. One of the things I appreciate most is the company culture and the personal approach. I truly feel that the company sees its employees as people, not just as numbers. There is a real sense of support, respect, and trust, and that makes a big difference in the day-to-day work experience. The environment is positive and motivating, with people who are willing to help, share knowledge, and work together as a team. I also feel that there is room to take responsibility, face new challenges, and develop myself both professionally and personally. Overall, it is a great place to work for someone who wants to grow, be challenged, and feel valued at the same time.

Cons

Nothing!!! and let's keep it like that 🙂

Pros

Commbox bootstrapped it's way to profitability and recently took a 35 million PE round to meet increasing global demand - although they grew sustainably and have a strong position while most other start-ups are cutting costs. They recently set-up operations in the Americas and are making the right moves / investments in the product. This is a solid software company that is methodically hiring for sustainable growth - something that is relatively unheard of in the current economic environment. The people are amazing. Great opportunity to help build an office in the US.

Cons

There's a huge challenge ahead in turning into a global company, targeting new markets, and building the right infrastructure to continue scaling effectively.
