      1. Friendly atmosphere. 2. Seniors are helpful. 3. Good to start as a fresher. 4. You may get good exposure, but it totally depends on what project you get to work on .

      1. No on-site opportunity. 2. Management needs improvement. Specially in case of HR and Account department. 3. No flexible work hours
