Pros
Flexibility to WFH No micro-management People are friendly
Cons
Working at Comcater was one of the most demoralising experiences of my career. Management is completely out of touch — they play favourites and treat staff like they're disposable. The leadership style is outdated and fear-based, with no real support or respect for employees. There’s constant gossip, backstabbing, and an overall toxic environment that makes it impossible to thrive. Zero transparency, no career progression, and if you try to speak up or offer solutions, you’re shut down or labelled a problem. HR is ineffective and only protects upper management. If you're looking for a dead-end job where you're overworked, undervalued, and made to feel small — Comcater might be for you. Otherwise, steer clear and find a company that actually invests in its people.
