Pros
Health benefits were pretty good and company had a cool point system where you could get free things like gift cards and even tv’s. Pay was good on the off chance you reached your sales quotas. Got to work from home.
Cons
LOTS of micromanaging. Supervisor will pull a call pretty much everyday and pull you into a meeting to go over your performance. The sales goals were insane, especially when you expect you to meet pretty much every single category which is tv, internet, home phone, home security and mobile. Seriously, no one wants a home phone. Lastly, the software we had to learn to use is so frustrating. Not sure if they’ve fixed it now but it was very hard to learn which caused a lot of errors when trying to help customers do simple things like move their service to another address.
