Pros
Decent pay, average benefits, good amount of paid time off, work from home.
Cons
The company is in chaos. Massive reorgs happen every spring and fall, so jobs are always on the chopping block. Internal processes are ever-changing based on whichever way the wind is blowing. Tools and systems are always broken; band-aid fixes that never stick is the norm. Morale is non-existent and most everyone is burnt-out, anxious, disenfranchised yet the expectation for all the surveys they hound us to take is that everything is amazing and Comcast is great so "leaders" can get promotions and raises. Obsessed with AI, data-driven decisions, and trying to become a "loved" brand is only making matters worse for employees and customers because no one thinks anything through or plans. If it's trendy or a shiny object, Comcast runs with it like a kid with scissors. The "best" part is professional-level, salaried positions can be subjected to micromanaging and being treated like you are a child. It's insulting.
