Pros
Work is interesting and there is great satisfaction from helping the insurance companies combat insurance fraud and it is a good feeling to be a part of saving money for our Clients. Pay is average and could be alot worse, hours are pretty good and they do have vacation. A few nice people to work with.
Cons
You can't really do your job because of all the gossiping and mug slinging that is due to just one person in the department who is supposed to be a Manager. Constant disruption of negativity and emotional outbursts while everyone is afraid to say anything to the owner as too many people have been threatened termination if they complain. Continual micromanagement by this individual while they do nothing but complain, gossip, and cause trouble and friction all day. Several employees do all this Manager's work while they take all the credit.
