      require work very late until midnight, no business plans and most of them manage all aspects in a unprofessional manner, do not expect any supports from your colleagues, not sugges to join

      Work culture, opportunity to grow, and benefits. You will get what you put into it!

      Cons

      Constantly need to update what you have learnt (if that is something you don't like). But then thats the nature of the telecom industry.
