'Forced' to write a good review - Project Manager ComTranslations Employee Review

I no longer work there. Can't think of any better pro than that!!

Wow this could take some time. So let's start... The company has no future. As mentioned by some other reviewers, management goes back on their word for any potential growth in the company. I was hired as an unpaid intern with the understanding that I would join full time after the probationary period. However, they kept pushing my fulltime role further out. Eventually I decided to move on. While working at ComTranslation, i could see how the company was strugling to provide good customer service. This company is heading towards a lawsuit based on their practices. They unlawfully hire people as interns so they dont have to pay them. This has to stop and I am currently speaking with a lawyer to look into this. I encourage others at the company to do the same!

There are none. You are lied to in the interview, you are made promises which are never kept and they manipulate you every day you work there

The management does not know what they are doing. The salaries are always lower than the competition They pay late and make excuses
