      Most employees will start with relatively high wages. Most existing employees are knowledgeable and high skilled.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to micromanage hiring new candidates and will overrule who the hiring managers want. Has led to unqualified people being hiring and not passing the training program which in turn hurts staffing for existing employees.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
