It's a snake pit of long-time employees who constantly clash with newcomers. Salaries are deposited into some murky corporate card, and as for employee benefits? What's that? I wouldn't recommend it for work. If a serious competitor emerges, their outdated practices will be discarded. If you already have experience, you'll easily find a more interesting and financially rewarding option with better treatment. If you're just starting your career, the experience gained here would be useless for you.
