Pros

Colville has an open door policy when it comes to changes, company profits, and b benefits. It doesn’t matter if you’re CEO or a dishwasher. They will share the company budget and all related finances. As a team, as we hit milestones, we are rewarded with bonuses. Very open and honest company.

Cons

Very long hours, constant standing and moving, and remote work. Working 21 days straight definitely starts to take a toll on a persons body, but the following 21 days off is nice.

Pros

Came to Colville after working for a small (~150 employees) and large (>100,000 employees) tech companies so I've seen both type of businesses and Colville (~250 employees) has all the benefits of a large company while being nimble and entrepreneurial like a small company. You're able to speak freely, offer suggestions and be a part of something you're proud of. Working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off has more perks than I realized (2 weeks on slope followed by 2 weeks in Hawaii or wherever I want). Colville provides all meals, housing and airfare. We are housed in one of the best/newest Camps on the slope (Brooks Camp). Dinners @ Camp include anything from Alaskan king crab on Christmas to filet mignon and everything in between. Great benefits. Company match 401K. Paid Life Insurance. Dental. Vision. Medical. Great salary. Bonuses when you hit your goals. And don't we all enjoy a good bonus?

Cons

Wish they had more TV channels at Camp (but I understand they are working on this).

Pros

Zero. Don’t work here they treat you like a peasant.

Cons

Everything about Colville is a con. Management is awful, conditions suck, pay is lowest on slope
