Pros
Columbia is a solid company that cares about its employees, even though it is a large company they care about individuals. Excellent core values. leadership is always willing to listen to co workers
Cons
it can be hard physically on the body in several of the departments, risk of injury is always present. I don't believe they value the contributions that middle management(supervisors and such) make both through recognition and pay.
