Pros
Position is nice as a ladder towards a better sales position, use your time at Columbia to gain experience in another field to move to another company to earn more wages. They pay far less than most other sales company, managers stay loyal to producers only.
Cons
Not a well paying job No clear advancement structure Company changes pay scale on a whim and then blames employees for the changes. This is not a disgruntled person, I left on my own accord, this was an actual event that happened.
