Head office really need to start looking after their staff more. There are so many other job opportunities out there with better benefits. Issues brought up multiple times with head office over the years and very little was ever really done. Absolutely zero progression and absolutely zero recognition for good work. Little to no effort put into company morale, getting the feeling that they don’t generally care for their employees. I have experience working In a number of locations through my time for colour trend and it is very evident they take priority on certain locations. The pay is very poor for the amount of knowledge and work you have to do especially considering cost of living. Progression and additional education was promised prior to hiring and it all fell flat. Unwilling to listen to suggestions from staff and issues just swept under the rug. I’ve seen more people leave the company than I have seen been hired. The staff that are left are amazing at what they do and deserve more. Often made work in multiple sections and picking up after understaffed areas.
