Employees are under a fixed salary, no matter how many hours are worked per day, that means NO OVERTIME PAYMENT. You never know when is time to finish a long hours day and go back to home.Your paycheck always is the same , no matter if you worked forty or sixty hours on a week .
Very fast fast paced job. It's all about painting as much cars as possible on a single day. If you want to take a little more time to complete a well done job, you are pushed to finish immediately , just to get another car to do.
