Incredible culture, family style, several staff retreats each year, amazing experiences, getting to impact the lives of at risk youth across the city by taking them on camping trips, hiking trips, rafting trips, Nuggets games, Chik Fil A, etc. I’ll never forget my time there.

Not too many cons, other than the normal frustrations here and there that come with any job.

Relationships are the key to mentoring our youth and coaching/mentoring them to be leaders in their communities and changing the lives of others for the better! Fantastic leadership with long-term vision and commitment to the mission. Wonderful people who care and are willing to pour their hearts into others. Empowered servant leadership who allows us to do our jobs and contribute to the greater good! Great benefits.

Not many downsides to this organization other than its small right now, so you have to wear many hats. But, it just gives you more opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others! Salaries are a bit low due to being in the non-profit world, but it is worth it to love what you do!
