Pros
Colonial is a growing company with a lot of opportunity, however it is not for the lazy. If you actually want to work, you will be successful. The products are easy to sell once you learn, and you are rewarded if you do well. Sales have opportunities to win tickets to an event every quarter, and a vacation every year. Promotions are made with in. You have to work 8-5 or 9-6, but guaranteed an hour lunch and you should never have to stay late. Summer lunch Thursdays and leave early Fridays. Benefits the day you start.
Cons
Only major holidays off - will work MLK, Presidents Day, etc. (but get fair vacation time) No work from home. Certain people are given multiple chances here, even if they don't deserve them. The Glassdoor reviews look horrible because its all disgruntled employees that were fired for valid (actually insanely valid )reasons
