      Pros

      Sub-Acute when fully staff has good patient to nurse ratio. Plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Never fully staffed. Runs out of supplies. Linen is out. Gloves. Etc. No work life balance. Will call you in on days off, daily.

      Sometimes understaffed which means you get more patient to nurse ratio.
