      Small Bank; employees work together with each other

      Cons

      long work hours, No bonuses, no raises. Management was terrible in loan servicing dept. It was like a revolving door because of management. Apparently this person is still working there.

      Pros

      Small Company, everyone knows each other

      Cons

      Too small of a company to have issues with each other, people stuck on titles saying they are concerned about employees when they are not. No room for advancement at all, no recognition for employees and work performance.
