The only "pro" about this place is the location.

The downsides are infinite. The company is mismanaged. The CEO yells at his employees, is erratic, has no concept of how to structure a pipeline or what deadlines mean. Communication is almost non-existent. The environment is physically uncomfortable. The company is incredibly cheap. They under-bid projects and then try to compensate by under-paying their employees. There is no overtime pay. They actively lie to and attempt to cheat their contract workers. I would rate this workplace a negative score if I could. I would never advise a friend to work here. There is no chance for career advancement. This place is a dead end.

I can't really think of any pros. Maybe the location, but that is about it.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked at. By a large margin.
