Poor Company Culture - Area Coach Collins Foods Employee Review

- No work life balance, Area Managers expected to work 50+ hour weeks with NO additional compensation beyond base salary - Bonus metrics unachievable with the majority of Area Managers "Below Target" - Career Opportunities rare and non existent unless you're mates with a Head of Department - Poor communication from the restaurant support center and those that do communicate are overworked - Toxic work culture with incompetent leaders who are MIA for 3/5 days of the week, presumably "working from home"
